“Amazing Find!
When I found this book I just could not put it down. For me, it was like a Michael Crichton novel. Absolutely riveting! Unlike other cookbooks, it explains in detail how and why the habits you may have are unhealthy for you. It gives you multiple options for changing what is not working in the choices you may be making currently. Not only that, but where you can purchase some of the uncommon alternatives. For example, who knew the salt you consume could be causing so many imbalances in you system. That a good quality Sea Salt can make all the difference, not only in how your food tastes, but how your body absorbs the nutrients. I have probably tried at least half the recipes in this book. The Braised Asparagus, oh my gosh. I didn’t know I liked Asparagus! Thank you Miranda for my “Bible to good health”. I recommend this cookbook constantly and have been buying them to give as gifts to my loved ones. I can hardly wait for the next one in this series of cookbooks “The Protocol of Protein” as I am a big protein consumer!” Dennise Marie ~ Computer Consultant, Reiki Master /
