Make yourself a priority! And commit to loving yourself…Miranda’s intuitive passion for life has been a journey of discovery, ranging from ancient wisdoms and modern day teachings of Masters worldwide, to insights gained through her own life experiences.
Her extensive background in nutrition, meditation and energy work, allows Miranda to fulfill her love of offering council and guidance for the mind, body and spirit as an intuitive Guide, an Author, Poet and leader of Retreats, Attunements and Ceremonies. Her gift for shedding light, while guiding you through the shadows, denials and fears that hinder your ability to live the life that you deserve is profound and life changing. “Every once in a rare while an experience happens
which is so unique, so expansive that it redefines who you are. Releasing where you have been in favor of who you truly are.” |
Who is She?
Well, it seems I was born with a deep, heartfelt curiosity about this journey called life. Wanting to know the pathways and stepping stones to consciousness or awakening as sometimes called. It seems there are many. Some slow and methodical, others spontaneous and seem to literally ignite out of the blue.
I still wonder what is this force within us, which propels the driving desire to figure out who we truly are? To ask questions that in reality may not even have answers. To continually relax into and remember our true nature, only in the next breath to shy away from life again as we distract ourselves with our delusions. Only for life to keep revealing itself again and again.
My journey has been the strange paradox really. I connected to the world of spirit and mystery right from the beginning. It was as if I knew I was part of the whole and would always return to it. Then life threw me into the realms of a sick father and mother, whose relentless diseases taught me the torrid lessons about the demise of the human frame and deep suffering.
This polarity taught me much….
After walking my own adventure for quite some years now, I have come to know one of the simplest and yet most efficient ways to bridge this disparity, is to cultivate a very strong sense of Self. Asking the question, ‘Who am I?’ And allowing this to awaken our own autonomy and ignite a sense of sovereignty.
What I have noticed time and time again, is when I tend to ignore the needs and intelligence of my physical body and humanity, its message gets louder, often rather upset and ends up demanding my attention whether I like it or not. It reminds me of my beloved daughter when she was little! You may have noticed how we tend to not be able to ignore our physical pain very effectively.
So after swinging on the pendulum of being a Spiritual being and a human being for years, I have landed in the clear realization that to honor, deeply revere and take care of my humanness is deep wisdom. To listen to the intelligence of my body, to know the human heart longs for connection and belonging. To love the mind with all its insanity and fears and desperate desire to control life.
What if we honored it all as Sacred?
Lived as though all of life was Divine?
What then?
Again, from my own personal journey, it seems once a strong and healthy relationship is developed with the Self, then there is space for the majesty of our true nature to reveal itself.
Then a miracle seems to occur. The ongoing argument my ego has between accepting the two worlds of the sacred and the mundane seems to lighten. As I began to realize it is all one reality, I also experience my body as a drop in the ocean of divinity. My needs and human desires become a devout expression and amplification of who I truly am as a sacred being.
Hence the teachings of A Woman’s Truth, and my desire to lead Retreats and Reiki Attunements. All are beautifully orchestrated, step by step guidelines to fall deeply, madly and passionately in love with yourself. All of you, your beauty, your blemishes, your strength. And to honor your weaknesses and failures as an intrinsic part of this journey called life.
“The first love affair is always with the self.” ~ Rumi
Imagine loving all of you. Would that not allow the grip of fear to release, let go and unleash the infinite potential of your being. The part that is unchanging and is forever present to guide, facilitate and ignite you on your journey. Loving all of who you are is an expression of unconditional love and is really one of the most profound pathways to becoming more conscious and living in the present moment.
